The cartoon is by Piraro (his "Bizarro" strip) and originally appeared in
the Sunday San Francisco Chronicle cartoon section in 1997.

Note also that Piraro's web site has since changed to www.bizarro.com; he has
www.uexpress.com (Universal Press Syndicate) on the original cartoon panel.
I couldn't find the original at his web site so I feel "sort of" safe (legally)
putting it up here with all the proper attributions.  If there is a problem
with this, please let me know and I'll remove the cartoon.
